Property is on the road side and easy to reach. From this hotel Darjeeling railway station only 5 min walk. From my room hills are visible.

SORRY FOR YOUR IN CONVINENECE BUT WE ARE IMPROVING DAY BY DAY .
Hotel ratna valley, between the queen of hills.
One of best hotel in darjeeling to stay between the beautiful mountains, the view of hills/mountain from window balcony is also awesome. Food is also excellent. All staff are very friendly and cooperatives. Tour package from hotel is also awesome.

Location of hotel is prime, food quality is excellent, hygiene is well maintained, staff is friendly and atmosphere is safe
