Worst ever service provided by the Hotel . Very bad management and also the receptionist behaviour was very bad

Excellent location. Good staff. Comfortable stay.

Had a good stay. Spacious rooms, rooms require change of light fittings like switches and also bathroom fittings.

Clean and green, good quality of food, good security, good response from reception and order followed by in the time.

Out of the 3 rooms we booked, 2 rooms are not in good condition. Even bed linen is not good, no cleaning, room basic things not available. Even our guest doesn't have water which was already mentioned during booking.

location, food and amenities are good but the service is on average side. Found out they are unaware of hospitality!

Overall excellent and homely stay and it was satisfactory having no constraints in respect of food and other amenities

Amenities very old, housekeeping not maintained, cockroach in rooms, drinking water on asking will provide, bath towels very dirty.

Location: its is located at prime location near to most prominent places but that’s the only good thing about the hotel

The facade of the hotel was good, welcoming staff was there but the hotel was terribly outdated, you will think that you have visited your hr-eat grand father house with ac room, there was black buildups on floor, even the mattresses was too old, the quilt they provided was with torn cover, the water boiler for tea making was broken. Was terrible experience wont suggest anyone to stay there.

It was averagely good. Staff r courageous but room and toilet need up gradation. Food quality in restaurant is very good but breakfast is of poor quality
