This is best hotel in Bhagalpur to stay if you are accustomed to at least 3 star. service staff helpful and polite. They want to feel your stay homely. Reception staff male members helpful female rude or hostile Cleanliness is required as I found like other reviews cockroach and rats in the premises . cockroach in room or even at dining table Need pest control

The hotel is located in the prime area of the city. The services provided were really good and staff behavior was also good. Rooms were clean and hygienic.

The property and staff are really good. Off course if you are expecting radisson marriott hyatt / itc here you will be disappointed. There were couple of problems like geyser water takes some time to start - this was not informed at check in, so one day i had a lukewarm bath. There were tiny cockroaches pouring out of the heating base plate of the tea coffee maker whenever it was switched on switch it. Both these problems were fixed on my feedback. The food in the restaurant and coffee shop on lobby floor for breakfast are really good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff in the complete hotel are good and courteous. Rupesh in the front desk is really nice and helpful and he very professionally organized my taxi pick up and drop and trip to kahalgaon. The txi driver sumit dubey was nice and good driver, please tell him not to strike separate deals with customers - i only want to deal with the hotel as the central point of responsibility. Thank you.

Went for lunch to their restaurant on the 26th of june, ordered 3 veg thalis, at 399 each. Food wasn’t that great, too oily and found a baby cockroach roaming on the table. Definitely not worth the price. Breakfast buffet was good though
