My experience was good. The only thing lacking in my room was an electric kettle. Hope it gets improved

Food not good Or break fast is very cheep specially complementary break fast I am 3 day stay but service is very cheap reception not good behavior food is almost very cheap quality or expensive

My stay in this property was not very good as Food was not good, TV not working Blanket was very dirty

property location is good. But service is very bad. Room no: 203 window was open in all time. In washroom shower is in worst condition, Room gets very bad smell. Room freshner was not available in property.

It was a very nice stay with the best service and food quality of the hotel. first of all the cleanliness and the food and service.

Services are very bad. Behaviour of desk manager is very bad. Cleaning is very bad. Housekeeping is not coming for cleaning

Very clean hotel and staff is very cooperative. Bathroom is very clean. Bed etc are very clean. At very prominent location

Good experience, smooth check-in. Restaurant is also available at ground floor, service provided in the room.

Booked 2 room. Room was okay but receptionist was very rude.

Only two of the three people i had reserved a seat for were present. They informed me there will be additional fees when i requested a mattress. And awful! the room's state did not resemble the picture at all. I won't advise anyone to make reservations at this hotel. Additionally, there is the extremely expensive room rent.

Smelly room, flush don't work properly spills water outside, leakage in hand shower, no proper drainage of washroom, no food bill provided at time of room service, charges water which should be complementary (1 bottle for each day stay.

Smelly room, bathroom flush was not working properly, drainage was not good, lift was in bad condition. They even don't supply single free water bottle which is supposed to be available every day as per mmt.

Excellent experience, all staffs behaviour was very nice. I will visit again and will refer my family and friends. Room was also very clean and beautiful

It is a good hotel, the room is clean, spacious with proper light. No smell in the rooms. The staff is well behaved. Love to stay again if i visit bhagalpur.

Buss early morning nhi jana. Aur 30 min bhi delay mat karna check out me. .

Hotel is fine. Parking inside hotel's basement needs some serious civil work. Ramp going down the parking inside hotel's basement is too steep. We need to get to some speed to bring our vehicle out of that parking but since it's a busy rotary circle at the hotel premises, lots of pedestrians walk around, making it very tough & challenging to take out the vehicle. Lowering the steep angle of the ramp would solve the problem.

That place of hotel is free from the local crowd, due to the college area getting things in an easy way.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and also service top notch as always overall, i had a great experience.
