Hotel Ashoka Grand

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. When I called the reception to request a simple plate, they asked me to contact room service. Room service then refused, saying I had to order food to get one. This is basic hospitality — providing a plate shouldn’t depend on ordering food. The lack of coordination and unwillingness to help guests reflects poorly on management. I hope they take this feedback seriously and train their staff to handle such simple requests more professionally.

The location is good. The food quality is poor and tasteless. The service is very poor. Staff are untrained. The bedsheets were dirty. The bathroom sanitary materials are substandard.

very good service, room and restaurant. All the staff are very helpful and the receptionists are very humble and friendly.

Hotel is average, Chai and Coffee were not good. Although Butter Naan and Paneer Masala were fine. Male Receptionist who is in afternoon shift is not professional and not helpful. Handwash was stinking. One of the bedsheets was not clean.

Location is nice. Food is also good. Needs cleanliness of cupboards provided. AC was noisy and remote was unable to change mode.

Very poor cleaning of room. Room staffs are also not humble. No proper care of guests. Even no one is going to ask for breakfast and carry your bags.

I found this property from MMT but the service of the hotel is very BAD. cleanliness of the hotel is bad. location is not good.

Location is very prominent and close to the railway station easy to reach as known by all locals. Food is good and staff is well behaved.

Service is very bad as per room charges, very high rate according to rate the room is not good to much mosquitoes in the room

1-Property is located in a vary narrow lane…..lots of traffic and crowd. 2-food is average…..full of chilly and oil…(they served 2 pieces of onion and 1 single piece of chilly 😅). 3-If you go for package drinking water, it’s fine but if you ask for regular water you will get hair strands complimentary in it.(bottled water is served above MRP price) 4-overall stay was okay….prices for the room is not justified.
