The service is very bad

I am myself a hotelier, and the amenities at the property did not justify the Average Room Rate (ARR) despite the heightened demand. Much scope for improvement in Room (particularly Bed and Coffee Table), Staff Training, and Food Quality.

Breakfast is not at par. The room is decorated like an old guest house. More improvement required in every parameter.

The room I stayed in was filthy, with dirty linens used wash room, not clean before check in, all linens, stained bedsheets with mosquito blood, towel provide used by some one without cleaning, provided pillow was very dirty ,after complain to manager, started behaving very Rude front desk staff, unresponsive service .

They did not provided towels for 2 also every items in the room was provided for single person not for couple .so my experience was not good

Room was not guest ready in terms of inspection whether fan is working or not, intercom was not working as well. Service was okay, Mr. mukesh was helpful at reception. Food was okay

The location of the hotel and the surrounding area are good. The staff wasn't professional. The deluxe rooms was not spacious, though less furnished, not worth the tariff charged. The breakfast choice was limited, and food in the restaurant is below average. Overall, it can be rated below average.

Location is not direct from railway station deserve transport is must, hotel looks good and room service is upto the mark. One can stay with the family without hesitate.

Big issue in room service, no body is ready to complete your query after many reminder, also issue in morning brek fast, like no joose, no dosa, no egg omelet

The hotel was good as usual i stayed here many times but nowadays the maintenance part is getting poorer from the management side. I faced many problems in one night stand like mosquito problems, refrigerator not working, towel not available etc. Thinking of not staying there for the next visit.

The hotel staff have no sense of service. The guy at the reception was like stay or don’t stay i don’t care. The restaurant opens for breakfast pretty late around 8. 30. Looks like they wait for people to leave the hotel for their day before they start serving breakfast. One expects a better service from a hotel at this price range.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The service was very late and the staff lacked professionalism. The swimming pool was just for show and not actually part of the hotel. Mm t should address this issue. I expected a good hotel with a swimming pool for this price, but i feel deceived. To swim, i'll have to use a nearby apartment's pool, which is very small and uncomfortable, like a play school pool"

It was a good stay. Decent rooms and amenities. Staff was very friendly.

Had to check out in 2 hours. Not comfortable by any means. Mm t will loose its trust if such hotels are shown in their portal.

Service, food and cleanliness are excellent. Food was good. Overall good location excellent service.
