Poor Stay
Hotel was very poorly maintained. Had to change three rooms because of non functional and plumbing problem facility. Even the last shift was room with bad maintenance, but were fed up shifting and managed. Would never recommend this Hotel in future to anybody

worst hotel I ever booked . if you book they can accommodate 4 person in same room they declined your stay for unnecessary things and ask to book other room pathetic.. receptionist is rude ..

Poor Stay
This hotel had very bad service, because when I checked in at 7:00 in the morning, I was charged ₹1000 extra and was told that you checked in in the morning so the charge will be applicable. I have never been given extra charge in any hotel, in this hotel extra charge was demanded and I paid it.

stay was overall good.. barring few issues regarding non functioning 🚿 shower in the bathroom. and not very good taste of the chicken and mutton dish which i had ordered.. breakfast was good with good & courteous hotel staff.. but the overall stay experience was good..

Review of hotel vidya residence
businessThe hotel is absolutely in pristine condition. The location is slightly in the interior, but nevertheless its close to the railway station and is in a bustling market area. A slight 100m walk gets you autos and other modes of travel. Speaking of the room - spacious, clean, comfy beds and clean sheets. The washroom was clean & spacious, while amenities (towels) were clean as well. Hospitality is great, starting from reception to room service. Food is decent as well. The only minor inconvenience was the power outages that occurred multiple times. However, it resumed back within mins. Not a deal-breaker tbh. Overall, definitely recommended for a stay at bhagalpur.

I left my eye drop in the hotel r. No 506on 19th oct and requested the receptionist to courier it to my address. Three days elapsed since the request i did not get the medicine. Instead, they kept reminding me about the courier charges. I felt hurt assessing this attitude towards the dealing. Chandrabhusan pd singh
