I had checked inn at the property on 2-08-25 at 10:40 pm, i ordered food at 11:10 pm which was delivered at my room at 12:15 am. I got a call at 5:00 am saying sir would you like to have a cup of tea then i said no then he asked my name and when i asked him that why are you calling at such odd hours for tea and then asking my name then he said just like that sir. At 6:15 am i again got a call asking my room number and then asking the room number of the other person who stayed at the property. Then at 7:30 am a housekeeping guy kept on ringing the bell, then i opened the room so he said sir your room was not checked inn last night so the food bill has not been uploaded at the system so kindly pay in cash , I denied to the same. Because of all this harassment i got late for breakfast and missed it, at reception when i told him all the issues so he started misbehaving and after that he offered me the food bill in the name of Sourav Joshi when i asked him to correct it he started arguing that the booking is in the same name after checking he again corrected the name but made it MS In place of Mr , when i again showed him that he said the person who checkin inn your room has made that mistake. I had to wait for 40-45 mins to get the supporting of my food bill. Would not recommend any one to visit this property
