Excellent experience here, food quality very good, staff behave very politely and professional. Hygiene was well maintained

Location of hotel is very good, walking distance to baba mandir, nearby many restaurants and if you need public transport easily available around. Regarding amenities all is good except washroom cleaning that should be done very carefully and make sure that while assigning room to guest should be cleaned very properly l. Rest of the things are good

No Proper hospitality, AC is not working , than they sift the room , next day no Water service , only 1/2 Ltr water bottle given on ist Day , than asking for Money , we purchased water from Local Mkt

The property was very nice and comfortable along with supporting staff. Inhouse food was also fine. Located in walking distance if the temple which was a big comfort. Also got a room upgrade from MMT :)

we opted for no breakfast no dinner deluxe room. the room was neat and comfortable. upholstery was clean and tidy. baidyanath dham stn is right opposite to hotel and the temple is in walking distance. this place is right in between the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location is close to babadham temlle and the babadham railway station. It is quite convenient to access. Food is average. The amenities are good and makes your stay comfortable. management and staff cooperation is terrible, Room quality very bad. room were smelling everywhere

As I checked in at 2:00 PM on 22nd August, I found that there was no hot water available in the shower, so I was unable to take a bath. I called the reception, and they informed me that hot water would be available in the morning. The next day, on 23rd August, I woke up at 9:00 AM and again found that there was still no hot water facility. I called the reception multiple times, and instead of starting the geyser, they only sent me one bucket of hot water. Despite requesting three times, the geyser was never switched on. If I am paying for a Super Deluxe room, shouldn’t I be provided with proper hot water facilities as a basic service?

poor service.Room key not given.I was told shortage of room key.u had to wait n the guy will come with master key to open ur room.lift was very poor maintained.If someone opens the door n doesnt closr it u l hv to wait or go by stairs.I kept waiting for check in .someone has to come with u along with room key as they r not giving room key to you . Front desk service poor.I was told Temple is closed n when I went to Vaidyanath temple,it was open.Ordered tea,guy told he can not leave kettle in the room .if u r not taking tea imdtly once he pours innto cup ,u l not be able to enjoy ur tea.

The room was not accordingly to the description. The room was not up to the mark. The maintaince was not good. Foul smell when the AC was switched on. The AC was right beside the bed, which meant the cold air right on the face . The food was good but again the choices for breakfast was very limited. The glass water bottles in the restaurant were very dirty. Overall not at all satisfied with the Hotel. Plus point- the location very near the Temple
