Imperial Heights

Had a nice stay at imperial heights. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Would like to make a special mention of pooja mehta one of the house keeping staff, an ever smiling face and always prompt in wishing me every morning. Sonu their driver who drove me around for sightseeing, drove very safely and was very well mannered and decent. The food quality was excellent. The rooms was clean and big in size. Though i would like to mention a few things. I had booked premium room, but the bathroom was very small and needed maintenance. The first day of my stay the flush didn't work properly on the second day the ac was not working. The kettle in the room was of a cheap quality plastic. They should have provided a steel kettle in room. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Hotel Imperial Heights is the best Imperial Heights in Deoghar. It is conveniently located, opposite Baidyanath Dham railway station, on the main road which is easily approachable by tuktuk, auto, taxi rikshawa etc. There is sizeable parking space. It is a well maintained Imperial Heights. The restaurant is having great ambience and the food is great. The complimentary brakefast was awsome. Rooms are well planned and tastefully decorated. I got a complimentary upgradation to suite room. Overall an indulging experience.

Location is very good. Food, amenities and services are excellent. Staff are very coopertive. Even, without charging extra, they allowed overstay for about 3 hours on my telephonic intimation as i could not check out within the scheduled time. I will certainly like to stay in this Imperial Heights again during my upcoming visit to the place in october-november.

Pretty good experience for a small town like Deoghar. Rooms were clean and the food was pretty decent as well. Only thing perhaps not something which the Imperial Heights can do something about is the frequent power cuts. At one point we had one power cut every 5 mins and we also got stuck in the lift 3-4 times

good rooms , good food , good hospitality. overall a good experience. one day we were late for temple darsan , we told them that we will have breakfast later on. they prepare breakfast even after breakfast time was over. we like that gesture.

Courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, provided all basic amenities, excellent & variety breakfast dishes and above all appreciable room and house keeping services. Enjoyed 2 days stay .
