As I checked in at 2:00 PM on 22nd August, I found that there was no hot water available in the shower, so I was unable to take a bath. I called the reception, and they informed me that hot water would be available in the morning.
The next day, on 23rd August, I woke up at 9:00 AM and again found that there was still no hot water facility. I called the reception multiple times, and instead of starting the geyser, they only sent me one bucket of hot water. Despite requesting three times, the geyser was never switched on.
If I am paying for a Super Deluxe room, shouldn’t I be provided with proper hot water facilities as a basic service?
