Review Of i-TOWNe (A Unit of Hotel Shivam International)

It was a good experience. Hotel staff were very supportive. Hotel is at prime location and near to Temple.

The Hotel voice, no doubt, Enna, okay, location, but the rooms were dirty. The lobby was dirty. The common areas like left stairs and other common areas. Restaurants were very dirty. The washroom head box. The room had bugs. The bedsheets were dirty. The tall was dirty. The floor was dirty. Pathetic food, pathetic condition of the staff, irresponsible arrogant staff. The quality of the food was horrible. The behaviour of the staff was horrible. The condition of the property was horrible. The condition of the room, the furniture, the bed, the linen, the window, the AC, the fridge, and even the tea corner of the room were in a horrible condition. I would never never suggest this hotel to anybody.

The staff was arrogant. The room were dirty. The bedsheets and the linen were in a horrible condition. Washroom was horrible. Food was horrible. Service was horrible. Staff was horrible. It was the most shadiest place I ever visited in my life. Didn't expect this from MakeMyTrip.

The stay was overall nice and food was average yet good in taste. Hotel needs to revise their price list in menu as it's a little expensive

This hotel was phenomenal and staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful in all aspects, especially Munna ji who helped me a lot from booking a cab in normal rates to guide the local routes to many other things. He is very helpful, kind and always ready to help all the guests in the hotel. Much recommended hotel if you’re planning to visit Deoghar. Neat and clean hotel which is very close to the Baidyanath temple.

Room is so clean. Staff is so good and cooperative. Hence we have checked in late but staff make it too comfortable for us. Will love to visit again

Cold water tap non functional on hot water for taking bath. Water basin was broken. Card censor not working. Bleeching smell from towel and bed sheet. Even after complain no one came and at the time of checkout they asked me the problem and show what all issue in the room

Hotel I-Town, Deoghar offers a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. The staff are very polite, cooperative and always ready to help. Food quality is good with tasty and hygienic options available. Rooms are neat, well-maintained and provide a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant experience and highly recommended for visitors.

The service and the food quality was too good which made my stay worthy. Would recommend to book it.
