shivanta hotel and resort it is a good hotel but the management is not good there neither the swimming pool is clean nor the staffing system is good and the food is also not that good

Staffs are very much irresponsible and cleanliness in the bhilding as well as staff is very poor, dead flies all over the building and in the swimming pool also. one staff came to my room for food delivery. first time i drank tea in disposables in a buffet breakfast in an hotel and got vegetables in disposable.

Property is good, Rooms are clean, Swimming Pool is exotic.. only bad thing about this property is it's staff service and food taste/quality which is pathetic.

Overall it’s a well maintained new property but buying breakfast here was a mistake service was too slow other than that staff was mostly helpful and nice
