Though we checked in very late but the receptionist and other hotel staffs were very cordial and well behaved. The rooms were clean with all the basic facilities. Terrible experience at Pride Biznotel Deoghar
Terrible room condition...we booked best room Premium Room.The condition of room was pathetic...Dirty bed dirty pillow dirty Towels and most of all uncleaned room .

I arrived at the hotel arround 9:30 a.m, hotel says that room is not vacant, but provide 1 single room for fresh up. And says that arround 12:00 pm room is provided. When I returned arround 2:00 pm , room is not provided, it is provided arround 3:00 pm, after multiple request. It really terrible to provide the room so late

Room was stinking. No towel in the room and everyday I had to ask for towel. Room was very small and cramped

Excellent Stay
The location is excellent,near to Baijnath dham mandir.Food was tasty,Rooms was good , services were excellent. A decent hotel in budget.

Poor Stay
No service at all....staffs are so less though hotel was good.. no toiletries were given even after reminders.. no food at time...tea was horrible ..lack of proper management. Deluxe rooms given even after booking superior kings room.

Hotel is nicely located near tower chowk staff behaviour and cleanliness were also good just that kitchen service will starts after 7:00 am in the morning so don't expect bed tea.
