The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout stay. The room amenities were nicely done and rooms were very comfortable. Everything was perfect - landscape, room, breakfast and count on.....

Excellent Stay
the stay was super awesome 👌. All staffs were courteous and cooperative. Food is awesome taste and genuinely priced. Will stay everytime we travel to Baba Dham.

Location is PERFECT Facilities are GOOD Price should be at least Rs 2000/= for the Room including GST for the Room I stayed. Rest all GOOD 🌈❤️

Great Experience and a Comfort Stay. Thanks and Kudos to the entire staff.
I have recently checked in this hotel. It’s a Great Place with Excellent Hospitality given by the entire staff.. The day time reception staff were more cordial and cooperative in compare to Night Staffs. Just one suggestion to lil bit stretch of time for the Complementary Night Dinner. Kitchen operates till 10.45 PM which can be opened lil bit longer at least for the in house guests.

Good Stay
Comfortable stay .staff were polite and professional .their restaurent is top notch.we enjoyed our food .location of hotel is nearby to tower chowk and Mandir.

Pathetic and over proud Reception staff
Property is good, Firstly Reception staff misbehaved with us due to the rooms being booked online at the price which is very really far better than theirs. Secondly rooms were initially in very bad position, actually when we checked in each and every room's walls were bleeding with water (due to heavy seelan) House keeping was also not good due to heavy booking they only had 2-3 staffs for hospitality. Our experience was over not good as expected. We went Deoghar of Jyotirlinga dharshan I would never ask any one to book rooms there instead of this hotel A very good property nearby are available at the same prices including break

Room service horrible, wet towels provided, no hot water restaurant pathetic, food bad, staff irresponsible please do not stay in this hotel, there are many other good hotels available

Lift is not in working condition most of the time, Toilets are dirty, food is not good at all.. Location is good very near to temple vaidyanath dham.

Good Stay
Property's location was really convenient. The Baidyanath dham mandir was close to it. Food was great as well. Room service was perfect, they used to pick up the calls within the span of 3 seconds. Rooms were beautiful as well! The thing that troubled us was the power cuts. There were lots of power cuts during the nighttime. But still the hotel has become my go-to place to stay in that Property. Looking forward for another stay soon!

High rated but actually not.
I have booked two rooms for 2 nights. Unfortunately 1st night unble to turn up. I reached second day 4 pm but only one was ready but second was not. I have to wait 2 hours to get second room. First room was also not up to date. AC was very noisy. However food quality is good. Location and looks good.

Terrible Stay
Rooms were not clean, even bathroom was really dirty. Food quality is bad. Choosing lunch and breakfast option was a mistake.

Very poor services. No one takes care of customer. Hotel staffs are not responsible and very unresponsive behaviour. There was bad smell in room. Bed was dirty and smelling too.I had very bitter experience of staying there . I will never stay there again.

Hotel is in bad condition, pictures doesn’t show them. Bathroom is old and shower work like jet. Food quality is worse. No many options in breakfast and dinner. Choosing breakfast and dinner option is a mistake

Excellent Stay
Location is great, near to Temple. Food was healthy and tasty. Amenities were excellent. Services offered was excellent. However, aircondition of room no. 319 was not ok temp adjustment was not working. Water bottles were sold more than doubled of its MRP.
