Review Of Hotel Anjana, Deoghar

Extremely disappointed with this overpriced hotel. Rooms were not clean, and the restaurant served subpar food. Room service was unsatisfactory. Considering the high prices, the quality of service and amenities was woefully inadequate. I would strongly advise against booking here – it's overrated and not worth the cost. The experience was a waste of money. Unless they revamp their services and pricing, I'd recommend exploring other options. One star is even generous for this hotel. Don't make the same mistake I did – avoid this hotel at all costs.

Not good behaviour of staff n not gud service for breakfast time

Mm m well the room re well hygiene. And the behaviour of workers are too good.

Booked two super deluxe rooms at hotel anjana. Experience was terrible. There was only one staff in whole hotel. He was only responsible for luggage transfer, room service and restaurant waiter. He was over exploited by hotel. Every order was taking at least 2-3 hours. Checkout time was 11:00 am. Since there was vip movement in the baba dham temple i was literally harassed by the manager for timely check out. I pleaded for 30-35 mins extension but every time i was told that my luggage will be taken out by the hotel management. This is seriously not fair as it gives insecurity while travel-ling with families.

Maneger is very coopretive hotel is clean

Room stay was good and very clean, the only problem was food...they delayed food order by 2.5hr, which was a terrible experience. and the food quality was below average. Stay and rooms was very good. food was below average.

Nice location. Good space for parking. Nice rooms with ample sized balcony. Satisfactory food.

The hotel rooms were very dirty i was no satisfied. The must improve the hotel in many ways.

Room locks were not good and smooth to open, it takes at-least 5-10 mins to open the door locks as its all in bad condition, staffs were good but due to less availability there was delay in d services, food is good and tasty

Hotel location is good. No staff to service. Cleaning and restaurant staff are safe. Food quality is pathetic. Very less parking space, you have to wait for others to clear their car before you can get your car out of hotel.

Stay was very good, merely missed excellent because only single service staff other than guard and receptionist, no one to help in shifting luggage, room granted missed ventillation specially toilet, toilet smell enters room also as ventillation fans are not available. Rest all was excellent room near and clean, size is also good, offline booking possible only with rs 2000 but we paid approximately rs 2800

This was the worst hotel i have stayed ever. When i reached hotel in night for check in, the hotel was fully closed, even campus gate was closed. There was no security personal and no receptionist. There was no one for room service, cleaning or food. Hotel owner told that all staff were on puja holiday. If it was so, there should not be hotel booking for said holidays. Make my trip should look into the matter and my money should be refunded if not fully at least partly aa there was nothing in the name if service.

Reception person was not an appropriate for reception job denied to serve food

Very very poor services at hotel anjuna deoghar. They even don't provide a courtesy water bottle to their customers. Every single drop of water is chargeable and very poor and rude staff. Very greedy people will never suggest any one to stay at this hotel. Money minded and completely unorganized

Property location is good, another safety standard is much better than other.
