    Very poor experience. No power backup for lift, tv etc. Power backup is for one light and fan only. Oil used in cooking is not good. Washroom does not have exhaust leading to bad smell. Connectivity to reception poor. Location good. Practically no personal care products provided except for small bottle of body gel. Overall poor And inferior. At the most improvised improved upgraded dharmsala .

    I stayed at Hotel Blue Lemon with my mother-in-law and children. I faced problems not once but several times. 1-The lock of the door was faulty. I complained to the staff. They told me to go and visit the temple. We will lock your door, but no one checked it after us and our room remained open like this for 3 hours 2-We reached the hotel at around 2:30 in the afternoon and checked out at 9:00 the next day. In the meantime, the power was cut off 5 to 6 times and the room would become completely dark. There was not a single emergency light. 3-Initially we were given room number 108. After complaining we were transferred to room number 106. The headrest of the bed in room 108 was torn. It feels as if we are staying in a Dharamshala. 4-The bathrooms were so dirty that even the public toilet there would have been better..

    Room which I got was small as compared to room which I had booked, after check in staff told this room is only available.whilr booking in property description it was clearly mentioned that the room will have bed sofa chair sitting area etc.. bt in room no sofa was there room was very small ,after bed u can hardly use any thing like mirror if u are using mirror then u cannot open gate to go out or in because in front of mirror chair is placed and there is no enough space to even move the chair...never and ever book this hotel for family . one important thing they are having problem of electricity that's why if u r booking AC room then don't expect that AC will work because when electricity is not there AC don't work with generator or inverter.
