Ideally located, neat and clean, with good restaurant to stay at Deogarh. Highly recommended for short stay

it was a pleasant and good stay. the hotel staff were polite and humble. they tried their best to respect and oblige the consumers. Meanwhile the food needs some improvements.

The location and food were good, it is very near to the mandir, but it lacked basic amenities like soap, a kettle, and coffee.

Location is great. Premise is clean and well maintained . I just had a bad experience with the selected room. Bed config was allotted differently . Also had to struggle to get clean bed sheets.

The location of the Hotel is near the Temple. The pricing of the Room and especially the Food at the restaurant is a bit on the Higher Side. The Staff are Polite and Well Behaved. The property is Neat & Clean.

Pro- Hotel bed and room overall is good and hygiene is maintained. Plus point nearby to the temple by walking distance of 10 minutes I was traveling solo. Cons: - 1.NO HOT Water for shower 2.Flush doesn't work properly sometimes 3.Services overall is very slow 4.A bath towel and a cup of tea will take almost 6-8 hrs despite 6 reminders 5. My breakfast didn't arrive despite 5 calls and they don't pick up calls and you can not bring outside good. 6.The restaurant starts after 9 am 7.They don't have adequate staff. Overall a lot has to be improved on Hospitality services.

Pros: 1. Walking distance (5mins) to the Baidyanath Baba temple. 2. Most of the staff are courteous. 3. Inhouse food was decent. Cons: 1. Front-end desk (reception) staff at night was rude. Service staff was very good though. 2. They charged for extra water bottles in the room. They gave 2 complimentary small bottles per room for 2 nights stay. It is obviously insufficient and they charged for each extra bottle. None of the hotels I have ever stayed has charged me for in-room bottles. 3. The room pillow covers were smelling the day we checked-in. But were changed when we asked. The attitude though was that we were mistaken. Others: 1. For complimentary breakfast, we were asked order anything from the menu. 2. The rooms are small but comfortable. 3. Bathroom was ok with some plumbing issues but manageable. Overall, I felt that it could have given a better experience for the money it charges.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is at walking distance to Baidhyanth Temple. Food was Average but the staff was pretty helpful.
