Hotel Baidyanath

Terriblle Overpriced Rooms were not ready even at 4 PM. Toilets pots were dirty. Buffet area weee not clean. Kitchen staf notes down wrong order. Even after that they do not seek apology.

Lots of noise due to renovation work in the hotel. Restaurant washroom was totally unusable. Not worth the price they are charging.

My experience was very pathetic with the hotel. The rooms are not maintained. There is no kind of proper service and house keeping available at the property. Room service is very poor, ordering food might take upto 2-3 hours for them to deliver.

The hotel was under construction, when ever am sleeping they used drill machine with lots of noise and vibration, my room no was 209 and when they used drill am feeling like drill was using down to my bed. I have complained twice then they stopped. But next day they started again when am sleeping at 9 am, Again i have complained but they didn’t stop then i gone to reception and shouted them then they stopped… worst experience with them.

It was a pleasant stay at baidyanath hotel. It enhanced the beauty of deoghar, the peace everywhere is the beauty of this city. The hotel surrounding is peaceful, clean. The room service and food available in hotel are excellent.

I stayed for a night, but just one night was enough to see the terrible condition and service of the property. I read the negative reviews from other customers before my booking, but i wanted to give benefit of doubt. Trust me when i say these words as a feedback. Noisy rooms, incorrect food bill, zero customer service, no accountability. There are other good hotels around, please book them. Not this.

Location is good, food also good but room maintenance poor, services average, special mention about the wash basin which is installed at such height that can't be comfortable for anyone. I surprised that how such type of washbasin installed in a hotel. Manager and staff behaviour was good.

Excellent location (few hundred metres from the jyotirling), neat & clean rooms, excellent & hospitable staff (from the guard to receptionist to house keeping to room service to restaurant service). And yet economical!

We have been charged by hotel and mm t in spite of the fact that we didn’t stay there even for a day and this was brought to the notice of mm t and hotel both.

Not a good experience. The facility is very old. Bathrooms fitting are antique. Very irregular electricity. Beds are squeaky. Staffs are helpful and polite is a good thing. Television is very old too.

Hotel baidyanath is situated at a very convenient location connected with prominent markets and all types of transportation are available. The staff is very courteous and helpful. All amenities and food quality are excellent. A preferred hotel for everyone.

The hotel is under renovation. Adjacent rooms, hall etc are not maintained properly. Staff was decent and courteous. Cleaning needs to be improved.

Overall hotel room was nice but faced lots of issues while checkin. Booked hotel for 3 adults and got confirmation for 2. Moreover i asked for the favour from gm as room was booked for triple bed but he denied and charged me extra rs 1200 overall it costs me 3875 excluding breakfast which is not worth and gm was just putting over things on make my trip that they are asking for extra charges. Later on got to know just to make extra money he were just trying to put it on make my trip.

It's an average hotel now. The quality they had in years has been down. The staffs are good but the rooms are conjusted n stingy smells prevails in room lobby

Business rooms are in good condition & staffs are also good. Room was clean. Overall my stay was value for money

Though the hotel is charging at the exorbitant rate for a room which is supposed to be a premium delux with modern amenities but the room had ancient tv set ( not in working condition) a window ac with malfunctioning display with souvenir remote, bathroom with second hand seat cover and broken tiles. If the hotel is charging for such a rate of rs for a premium triple deluxe it should justify a client stay, by showing good photos-hopped images. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel at any cost.

Staffs were extremely polite and everything was in order
