Hotel O New Maa Tara Hotel

V v bad experience 😭😭. v bad staaf and very bad owner. I am not stay in this hotel and pay the money v bad v v bad. great experience

The room service was pathetic. No parking facility is there. Rooms are all dirty. Water is there in the floor. No provision for the sun light. No room service. No restaurant is available. No one there to listen to our queries. Some of our driver clothes got stolen. People are hollowing and crow-ling at night after 12 am. Shouting at a loud voice at night. Breaking the door and creating huge volume of noise and chaos. While calling room service for help no one came. Stay awaifor the night. No one is there to serve a glass of water. Also rude behaviour of the staff. Some staff even telling to leave the hotel even i paid for two days stay. Asking for check out after one day. No service at all. Worst experience ever. No support. The lift is also not working properly. The geaser is also not working properly. The bathroom and toilet are all dirty and two staff are only there to maintain the entire hotel. No service at all. All my money goes in vain. Total waste and worst experience. No security for the car parked outside. Dont suggest the hotel to other even for a free stay. Please tell them to take care

Pictures shown of the hotels is not as we got, there toilets was not properly cleaned and many insects was there. Also tv is not working, when asking about s all these they said it is like this and can't be attended. Also water geyser is not working and drinking water facilities is not provided. Feels we terrible about the facilities provided. Mosquitoes was also there, but repellant was not provided. Bathroom towels was very dirty and old.

Staffs are good, but service is average,

Not getting proper clean room and also no amenities in the room. No water bottle no towel. Worst experience of my life.

Loved it. It was near the baba baidyanath temple, walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful.
