I had booked for two people with my friend, she was working professional despite showing documents they did not allowed us. The manager was very unprofessional. I hook another hotel two room separately. KDM did not returned my money. The manager might have suggested some solution to take one more room. It was very bad experience. I had Mumbai address and she had bhagalpur address.

Stay duration 13-12-23 service was not good, i have asked for blanket so many times but they did not provide. Room service was not good, there were not responding properly.
