Review Of Hotel Raj Palace

The room was unclean,the bedsheet , blanket had hair on them. When asked to change he changed reluctantly giving excuses that those are new sheets etc. Service was terrible, had to remind them twice before getting anything done. There was no current and had to stay in the heated humid room for two hours… never going back whatsoever

Rooms are ok but it's not suitable for couples and families. If you're a group of friends then it's ok to stay here. The ambience was poor but the rooms were clean. Staff are good but if they change the ambience then it can be suitable for all groups. If you are family and couples then choose some other property

Worst experience of stay for one day, as we travel-led as group

Average hotel. Booked , but was not up to the value. We reached at 5 pm but the room was not ready. They mopped the floor after we reached and did not even change bedsheet/pillow cover. It was dirty. We asked them to change which they did. There is no inbuilt restaurant. They get it from some other place. For breakfast we had to ask for separate bowls, spoons, etc.

Great service. Near rock beach. Got it at a reasonable price. Also offers bikes on rent. Manager was very polite. We reached 3 hrs before our check in time. He was generous enough to offer us room to change and also took care of our luggage as we were on a tight schedule and went out right away.

Best place to stay in pondy with family. All the places are easily accessible. Car parking is available around the hotel.

Food service is currently unavailable there, it'll start soon. But it is a well known area just beside the puducherry railway station so swiggy or zomato are always available.
There's someone always available at the reception so no problem with anything occurred. Just start dining services it'll be great.

Hotel is very good for family, it's safe & hygiene. Within 0. 5km we can reach to buss y street (can get everything. Its located near railway station & street of homes.

Hotel is good and also it is in good locations. It is near by gandhi beach. All visiting place are near by of this hotel.

The rooms shown in the image and the room we got after paying all the money in advance (non refundable) didn't match. We didn't get any of the services mentioned in the advertisement. No soaps, no shampoo, no brush, no toothpaste, no chairs, no hot water kettle, dirty room with a broken closet, dirty bed linen, no soundproofing (we could hear people in the other room clearly. Mm t should check the services of they are actually available before they allow them to advertise. We checked out of the hotel after spending just one night inspite of paying in advance for 3 days and 4 nights.

Very very good hotel. Best for couples and travel with friends its a best classy hotel. Ne standard is very awesome with free wifi and smart tvs and very clean bathrooms sanitised and everything was awsome. Very good response

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean with nicely designed interior. The washroom was also clean and overall the ambience of the Hotel was really good. The Hotel staff was polite, humble and special thanks to Mr. Rajesh for ensuring us a wonderful stay.
