Review Of HOTEL PURNIMA

The location was good, but the rooms were pathetic, zero value of money & rooms were so costly.

I had the worst experience of my Stay at Purnima Hotel Chail. No Parking. No food. There was no TV working, Broken table glass.. One of the Room’s Geyser wasn’t working. Dirty laundry bedsheets pillow covers and torn and dirty towels and dirty and smelly blankets.Couldn’t get the pillow covers changed despite asking them again and again. Bad Odour in the rooms despite spraying the room freshener. Only small soap was provided, no shampoo or toothbrush and toothpaste. Dampness in the Rooms and all over the building. No calling connectivity of the rooms with Reception It was really a horrible experience. I won’t refer anyone else to go there. I want my complete refund of the Amount paid as I was not provided the facilities which I was assured.

The room was spacious, clean and the staff was very courteous. overall good stay. Location is good as it's in main bazar

Our stay in hotel purnima was fantastic, rooms were super clean and our host kailash left no. Stone unturned to assist us in whatever we requested for. Super value for money rooms. We had planned 2 nights in kasauli, 2 nights in chail and now we are going to kufri for 2 nights all bookings done on makemytrip and it has been a seamless experience with all the hotels we checked with the help of makemytrip.
