It was a very good stay and I recommend it to others. You can also stay and experience the hospitality and cleanliness

Poor toilet, pathetic rooms, no soap, no shampoo

there was no lift ,so you have to use stairs for 3rd floor family room,no room service so think this before stay here

Rooms are small but clean good for family as well, very polite staff and good behaviour. Over all it was good stay.

It was very difficult to find the hotel using google map. Hotel has no lift and it is more like a pg kind of hotel each floor having 3 rooms which are small in size and having foul smell in all over the place. Bed sheets and pillow cover are stained and dirty. I have asked to change pillow cover and got the reply that it is already changed but they have changed again on request which is good but i was certain no bedsheet pillow was changed as they were all filled with stained, or may be they are not washed properly but needs a replacement for sure. Hotel curtains, bed, walls were all stained and dirty and need a lot of cleanliness. Zero hygiene, big no for family. No parking so if you have a car you can simply avoid it. Ordered tea which was sugar full of hot water. Hotel owner and staff was good in behaviour but they do not know how to run a hotel business professionally.

The owner was very helpful and kind …helped us for late night service.the property was cleaned and hygienic

Excellent and pleasent stay with family in hotel pingakshkuti ujjain. Nice, clean hotel, money is worth it. Overall nice experience
