Hotel was terrible Was really not happy with hotel room service and all I didn’t stay at the hotel for 1 hr i paid for full 7 days stay but didn’t stay for 1 hr so bad the hotel was

We had rat roaming in the room at night. After complaining, staff seemed to be non responsive. The cupboards couldn't be used as they were extra dirty.

Location of the stay was very good. Very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple. But the hotel doesn’t provides drinking water or food. There are restaurants in front of the hotel so food or water wasn’t a problem but hotelier should provide that. Bathroom was bit congested. Room and AC was nice.
