Review Of Hotel Pine Grove

Hotel is in pethatic condition, inhuman condition, room with noisy fan , linen smelling , broken and dirty furniture , mouse shit everywhere , shabby lobby , shabby reception , nonsense talk from the oldies reception people , they will scare u by saying we have to report to police for the stay means utmost nonsense,the hotel is 3 decades old, MOST IMPORTANT the unprofessional approach of Make my trip , I am a frequent user of this site for hotels and flights but the experince I had from them was very unprofessional and they just want to sell their listed hotel without doing proper survey , I was with my wife and 5 year old child and booked for two days , I reached the hotel after 26 hours of flight and road trip to this hotel carried the luggage 100 mts up hill and left the room in just 20 mins due to the inhuman condition of the room ,

The stay was far better than expected. the food was very delicious. the rooms were clean. despite being an old hotel, the staff has maintained it well. The service is top-notch. thanks to Mr Surender Sharma (for others he maybe a waiter, for me he is a respectable human being a person and a thorough professional) who provided us the best services. Done

This was a nice stay with my family, and our overall experience was very nice. Form the value for money prospects they were outstanding. But they should upgrade the Hotel and facilities and charged more because this is the best property I have ever visited. Cleanliness and staff behavior was very good.

I was on my vacation with family. It was a great place to stay. The staff was amazing in nature. We had the food from outside. The room was very cozy and clean. I loved the stay.

The stay was good. There is a market area at a walking distance from the Hotel. Services were good.

We were there with a group of friends. The room was spacious, well-decorated and good interiors and facilities. Staff behavior was good, the location was excellent, City view can be seen from the property. The cleanliness of the Hotel was excellent. Overall it was an excellent stay.

It was a good location, a hill area, we can see the mountain, it has a good view, there is a garden where you can relax. Hospitality needs to improve, staff not responding properly, services not good. They should attentive a bit, while check-in we see the staff were sleeping. They did not provide any food around 10 pm according to them it is closing time. That was a disappointment, we had to go to the market to have food. Overall it was a good property but management should improve their service.

The room was of average quality, even the soaps in the washroom was of lowest quality. Food was average. But the staff's behavior was good and also the view from the Hotel was great.

I had booked the room online. Check in and checkout was not delayed. The food quality and quantity were excellent staff were friendly the allotted room was neat and clean. WiFi service was not working even water geyser was also broken basic bathroom cleaning kit was also missing
