Our tickets were confirmed from haridwar to ujjain and couldn't wait for Shri mahakaal darshan so I was preparing & I was scrolling through hotels on web, and I booked this Hotel Pinaki & Homestays room. On the fixed day reached before time, 3 females and 1 male, and the first experience was space and cleanliness and after that 1. Rooms was perfect neat clean spacious and extra bed was provided (for extra bucks obviously). Room is Ac deluxe. 2. Both RO and mineral water is available there. 3. Basic facilities (soap, shampoo, towels) are there. 4. From Shri Mahakaal mandir it is near and Rapido is helpful here. 6. Staff was good and very soft spoken. 7. In the month of shravan we got 4 members accommodation at very nominal price. 8. I found it safe for women and yes the owner is also very kind and gentlemen. 9. Water in tabs was always there. I think we couldn't get better service in the city full of hotels and the minds filled with business greed.

I personally had a very good experience in Pinaki Homestay. The rooms are clean and neat spacious. I went alone for my program as they came to know this they were very alert regarding my safety and services given.they took every small care of me regarding food booking car or E rickshaw arranging for traveling around the cities giving responsible knowledgeable and caring people to go with. All in reasonable prices.... staff members were also always on their toes to help guide and giving services... owner Was kind enough to give a visit and see if the guest is comfortable. I would like to visit again.

The staff, with their cooperative and amiable demeanour, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Tucked just off the highway bypass, the location of this homestay is the epitome of serenity, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The greenery view from the balcony was too great, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They provide every bit of information that you require while exploring the city. The overall atmosphere at Pinaki Suites was heartwarmingly homely, making our stay not just a visit but a memorable experience steeped in comfort and hospitality.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future🤩

During my first trip to Ujjain, I stayed at the Pinaki hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, and its location with easy access to transportation was convenient. Open and clean Room with balcony with greenery view is its highlight and The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were well-organized, and the room service was quick and available 24/7. Overall, my stay at the Pinaki was extremely comfortable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were neat and clean. We got late while checking out the owner happily obliged without charging anything. For the price band it is best one.

Pros: location is good cons: not clean kitchen is not available. But mentioned in mmt wifi is not available tv is not available services are not up to the mark.
