Good and budget friendly stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent Budget hotel in a prime location.

Beds and pillows they need to work on . Old beds and pillows with fungus. No lift .

Mosquitos in the Ac room.

Point 1 : When we checked in, they gave me a water bottle, which was already used by someone else. They filled the bottle with water and gave it to us. This is my first experience of a star hotel giving me this kind of service. Point 2: The TV in the room wasn't working properly. When we informed about it, they came to check it a couple of times, said they'd come back later, and then left. They never came back. Point 3: When we checked in, we told them that we had to leave at 6:30 in the morning, so we had to park in front of our parking lot to avoid any obstruction. They told us to park the car, but that was different in the morning. Point 4: We waited a long time to pick up our car from the parking lot because they didn't take any action very quickly to pick up a car that had been parked before.

very poor service... old type all cot and benches.. no clean and freshness...

Room was clean and service was prompt. The reception staff were very helpful and understanding. They even provided with low cost local cabs with almost 50% lower charges. Excellent place and excellent employees

It was good to stay. Location is very good to access to other places. Phone facility was not there.Dining facility is not there but it is not a set because many hotels are available in and around. Car parking space is available. Over all it was a good stay.

I stayed in hotel pearls for 14 days and I must say about the room quality, it's top notch for this price .The location of this hotel really helped me and my baby to have a peaceful walk whenever we needed because it wasn't in too middle of town ,yet not too far away from town.it only takes a five minute walk to reach the new bus stand salem.so this made my transportation easy and comfortable.The restaurants and tea shops where near by itself so it was good for us ,too have a quick meal in short time.Really enjoyed the place,people,hospitality etc .will opt for the same place the next time we visits salem

Its good but they didn't provide shampoo for bath & no toothpaste & brush included Then the charging port was not working which was nearer to the bed & the nice part is its very near to the busstand & its walkable distance

found this through Google. location wise good. cost is bit high for this infrastructure. room was okayish. for 1 day stay it was fine. however bathroom has to be renovated. overall average one. I would give 2.5/5. service staff were good but each staff over there expect tip

Even though in the Heart of the City area, in house food is not available!

it's not worth for 1700 bucks. no parking , no hot water, wifi is dead slow , not cleaned ..worst experience

Location is good in the main city area walkable distance from new bus stand. The lane from main road has dog menace. No food or beverage in house. Errand brings it from nearby shops. Rooms are small and bath room needs facelift. Walkway corridor is narrow. No lift.

The hotel rooms are dull old and poorly maintained. The pictures shown on the website are not applicable to all rooms. Ro water is kept in old plastic water bottles. I definitely can't accept it as a 3 star hotel.

Good environment , Peaceful place, Nice stay. Comfortable place for family stay or official stay.very near to new Bus stand.

Stay is in prime location but the room is not great. Bedsheets and pillow covers seem to be washed but still looks dirty as it been over used. Pillows were old fashioned cotton with no comfort. You can use this room if you are staying over for couple of hours, do not recommend for families especially with kids.

Budget friendly, clean, and staffs are very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making the stay pleasant. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Check-in was quick, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. Overall, great value for the price and highly recommended for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay

it was a terrible experience and you can see things everywhere on the bed everywhere on the floor everywhere on the bathroom. nothing was clean even for water bottles they literally fill tap water in front of you and give you. in a use and throw water bottle. we paid for this hotel which was completely waste. I wouldn't even give more than 500 rupees for these kind of hotel rooms.
