Point 1 : When we checked in, they gave me a water bottle, which was already used by someone else. They filled the bottle with water and gave it to us. This is my first experience of a star hotel giving me this kind of service. Point 2: The TV in the room wasn't working properly. When we informed about it, they came to check it a couple of times, said they'd come back later, and then left. They never came back. Point 3: When we checked in, we told them that we had to leave at 6:30 in the morning, so we had to park in front of our parking lot to avoid any obstruction. They told us to park the car, but that was different in the morning. Point 4: We waited a long time to pick up our car from the parking lot because they didn't take any action very quickly to pick up a car that had been parked before.
