Hotel Park Hills the most pathetic Hotel I have stayed in my life. They did not have water to take a bath or to shave. Worst experience of my life

I recently stayed at Hotel Park Hills in Jammu from the 14th to the 19th of April, and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was well-maintained throughout the stay, which added to the overall comfort. The location is another strong point; it's conveniently situated with easy access to key parts of the city. I also appreciated the quality and variety of food offered—flavorful, fresh, and consistently well-prepared. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Park Hills for anyone visiting Jammu and would definitely consider staying here again. Rating: 4.5/5

Property location in market but no restaurant in hotel, rooms were messy terrible , smell of cigarette smoke in corridor all the time, it is not hotel it's a lodge. Not happy with facilities

Am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations based on the images and descriptions provided. Upon arrival, i found the condition of the room unacceptable. The bed sheets and pillows were visibly dirty, which made for an uncomfortable and unhygienic stay. The walls of the room were in poor condition, with paint peeling off, giving the space a neglected appearance. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as slippers, and there was no key to securely lock the door from outside. These are fundamental provisions i would expect in any accommodation. The photos on your website presented a completely different image of the property, leading me to feel misled. This disparity between expectation and reality made my stay deeply unsatisfactory. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

When i m gone to jammu every time i am staying in park hill. Big room's. Staff is too good. This hotel in the residency market this very good.

First of all, there was no provision given to change the dates after booking. Since i was travel-ling on the cab, i could not see the dates properly. In the second booking, you've informed belated. There is a loss of rs. 3000. At least, the first booking may be refunded. In future, i'll never book hotel through you not recommend to others. You do not have an open policy and honest transactions

I will share my honest expirence, as i booked this hotel for 1 day and amout i paid was 1904- per day. Hence reviewing as per the said budget 1) the room was very spacious. 2) the room and batgroom was not so clean, unless i told the house keeping to clean it once again. 3) geyser was not working. 4) couldn't able to sleep in the afternoon as some construction work was going on. 5) rest all is okay okay 6) i rate 2. 5/ 5 stars

Too bad. No water for bathing. Terrible. Boring.

Very genuine staff and behaviour, the rooms were spacious but needed maintenance, could find lot of cockroaches in room.

I really enjoyed the welcome of the owner mr yogeshwargupta. They upgraded my room to a deluxe, the bed was very comfy and the rate was good value. They also welcomed my feedback with open arms.
