Am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations based on the images and descriptions provided. Upon arrival, i found the condition of the room unacceptable. The bed sheets and pillows were visibly dirty, which made for an uncomfortable and unhygienic stay. The walls of the room were in poor condition, with paint peeling off, giving the space a neglected appearance. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as slippers, and there was no key to securely lock the door from outside. These are fundamental provisions i would expect in any accommodation. The photos on your website presented a completely different image of the property, leading me to feel misled. This disparity between expectation and reality made my stay deeply unsatisfactory. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
