It is a decent stay. City center with nearby shops. But the room I stayed in was not very clean

Location: Very nice. Accessible to lvarious needs and shoppings. Food: Not included. Even for drinking water cool/hot no service is extended. Amenities: AC remote found unserviceable, can't adjust temperature. Bathroom door handle found loose and every time falling down . insufficient light in the room(room number 305) . Too much mosquitoes, although room corridor lift the lounge is quite neat and clean. Services: Expected a little more. Central location for lodging. Rooms are showing signs of aging. Staffs are nice. Also limited parking.

Thr room was not clean at all. It was so different from the pic shown in mmt. The linen, bedsheets, toilet, the buckets, mug etc were not at all hygienic. We did not even get hot water in our room. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was good...its located in main area..so easy to access for bus stand and railway station..The staff also polite and talk us to in friendly manner..Room was accomdate to 2 adults..but it was little bit small....

Average stay at this hotel. Room was almost good, but AC water leakage into the room was a concern. Although room and toilet looked old, they were functional and didn't have any major issues. Overall, 3/5 stars.

The palace tower hotel is nice and location is by Vadakke stand and very close to Vadakkanathan temple about 7 minutes of walking distance. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Rooms are okay need some little renovation.

Bathroom was in poor condition, excessive sound from the bathroom exhaust fan and the AC drain directly connected to the bathroom wall at a height making it seem like a secondary shower. The bedsheets were not renewed. While the rest of the room was pretty okay for a day’s stay, I think it’s overpriced. Would not recommend.

Overall, my stay was somewhat okay. I asked for coffee twice, and they said they would deliver it, but they never did. Eventually, i found out that such a service was not available. Instead of saying 'yes' they could have simply informed me that it wasn't provided. The room service was also not as good as i expected based on my previous stay.
