Poor management and service
I had previously stayed in Om Stay well 3 years back and booked the property again this time. But to our disappointment, the experience this time was terrible. Despite booking well in advance, the rooms weren't ready on arrival. As a matter of fact we arrived later than the check-in time as well. We were told the rooms would be ready in 5 minutes. But even after an hour of us waiting and finishing lunch one of the rooms weren't ready. And the staff showed no urgency or concern about it. to boot one of the rooms we were provided did not have Rfid key and a visiting card was given in its place. when enquired we were told that the key was lost and we had to call the reception and ask for the master key everytime we have to access the room and a request to change the room was also declined. When we mentioned we weren't comfortable with the option of the master key considering the safety of the luggage the response was very unprofessional. we also found water dripping in the reception area. Overall the maintenance of the property and service has significantly deteriorated since the last time I stayed.

Amazing!
Amazing experience for stay. Nice and clean room. Great ambience. Supportive and humble staff. Near to sarafa and chap-pan street. Washroom is clean and tidy. Did not have food. But stay was best and comfortable.

soloRoom was ok for the price charged, it was near bus stand and railway so easy to access. Some attention is needed on bedsheets cleanliness as there were stains from long time which was not visible in night when i checked in. Overall ok if you are looking for budget hotel for quick stay near station

Very poor experience of the hotel
I reached the hotel around 8:45am in the morning. The hotel staff initially denied entry saying that till 11am no rooms are available and also mentioned that i will have to pay 800- + gst if i want to have a room before 11am. should exclude such hotels . I requested an early check-in while booking which is entirely ignored by the hotel. Also there is some construction work going on in hotel building which makes it extremely difficult to rest in the room. I will never recommend such hotel for bookings

Budget hotel, nothing fancy
It is a budget hotel near railway station. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Being a budget property, it seemed fine for a one night stay as my train got delayed by 7 hrs to next day morning

Positives - good infrastructure cleanliness negatives - 1) map of india is totally incorrect, at the reception counter. Change it immediately. 2) few guests are making so much noise keeping their room door open at 11 in night. I have to call the reception but it did not helped.
