I have rated my stay at your hotel 3 stars. The cleaning was average, the washroom was not clean, and basic amenities like toothbrush and shaving kit were missing. I also faced 4-5 errors with the biometric card. Curtains, blankets, and bedsheets were not up to the mark. However, the food was good. My stay was only for one night with evening check-in.

They don’t clean rooms. The condition of rooms is pathetic. No towels. The show Lee and bathroom fixtures have very slow water flow. Staff have no clue

I had a great 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. The location was convenient, and overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Wifi was not working, water flow on the shower was so less that if someone even wants to wash their face, it will take at least 15-20 minutes, room light was so dim and inconsistent that it feels very gloomy and not at all a good vibe, the sofa was dirty, bed linens were dirty over all very bad experience
