Worst hotel room and terrible staff behavior. Now I stopped using mmt either. I felt worst place to book hotel is mmt.
I booked room at vats hotel
I called the property for 2 hr early check in they agreed and asked me to check in
I went then they said room not ready wait for sometime after 2 hr they said you booked from mmt we are not associated with mmt in anyways.
Then u called mmt they took 2 more hours to respond on issue and finally given another property at 12:15 by saying your checkin time not yet passed so don't argue for being delay.
Then vats inn staff asked which property they have given, when I told them the property name he laughed and said to his staff that can i call and ask other property owner that deny checkin too. Which kind of behavior this is from hotel staff, mmt and mmt chain contract updation team?
Now I was booking through other chain partners and I'm more than happy. Thank you mmt for making me exhausted to leave your platform & services
