Service is not upto the mark. Food was good.Room size is not as per the expectation, Charging points requires attention.

No proper Wi-Fi and AC was in bad condition, room service is poor

Overall comfortable and good stay at Arif castles in Hazratganj location with good price rate....it was a 4 days Trip and also good hospitality.

location wise best hotel. room now need modern modification. bathrom fan should work properly. staff were nice.

My stay at Arif Castles is really good. The ambience, clean room and even their staff is really good. The location is travel friendly as well. If I would ever travel to Lucknow I would be staying there only.

Sayed lot of time in Arif Castles . Dinner was fantastic n Buffy Breakfast was Super Duper .the quality n verity of was excellent.

The stay was pleasent. As such I did not find anything majorly discomforting. Location is in the heart of the city as well.
