1 - Pathetic room condition. 2 - Charged 300/- extra before check-in for AC room, Other wise denied for check-in. 3 - Wasting of my time approx 1Hour to communicate customer care . 4 - Unhigine Room 5 - The staff's attitude was not good 6 - No TV , Telephone not working. No basis amenities available in the rooms 7 - Matress like a torcher bed 🛏️ totally shaking . 8 - Completely wastage of money 9 - I was checked-out within 2 hours. Overall a pathetic stay poor service. Team pls remove this property

I booked hotel and waited 3 hours straight talking hotel staff, mm t customer care but denied check inn and i have to book another hotel after that.

A very nice surprise indeed! the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Horrible experience. Total harassments. No room available at check in at 11:30 pm on 17/02/24 even after advance payment done 1 day before. Property manager offered servant room on the roof of the hotel which was having only 1 terrible bed & nothing else. . Complaint already done to oyo customer care executive on real time. She offered refund which is still pending. I was forced to stay at expensive hotel far away from my center place at odd night hours and could get the room at 1;30 am on 18/02/24. Cab expenses also put extra burden on me. Seriously disappointed by Oyo services.

This is one of the worst ever stayed property with no facilities and bad area very bad rooms very very toilets bad staff. You are spoil t your names

Totally wonderful stay everything was perfect; the hotel's comfort was incredible and the service was excellent.
