Two times payment not refund amount

No-one should book room there, they are scuderels, don't know any manners.

The owner denied check-in and gave away a room for a walk-in guest while i was stranded. The support staff are good though.

We had booked 2 rooms and 2 people per room. When we went there we were given a single room with 4 beds stating that rooms were not available

Good location. Only 200m away from station

Even though i contacted them and informed them prior to check in about my booking, they said rooms are not available now and given me a old and congested room in an another hotel. Pols make sure that it won’t happen again.

Location good, food not available and bringing from outside with high amount. Saying that will give money aback as change not available but later says we didn’t take any money, no hygine. Safety ok

Very poor maintenance. Not recommended for family stay
