Got the room at affordable prices. When reached the property, they asked me whether I had talked to customer care. I asked why would I talk to customer care. They said we do not have any room tariffs. They had talked to customer care to add complementary, but same has not been given by the company yet. I said if there is an issue with pricing, rather I would cancel the booking. They said I do not have to pay anything. Are they actually want to make me pay some extra amount and took U-turn when I asked about cancellation? Talking about room, it smells like no one is using the room for years. No sunlight in the room. Fungal smell is everywhere. TV is provided with no setup box. You can not watch TV. No drinking water provided. Not even a drinking glass is there. Mat, bedsheets, blankets are dirty. I had books the room with complementary breakfast. But when asked about the same, they told me that they do not provide any breakfast or any kind of meals. Property's name is Divyaansh, but it is actually OYO Navya's. Property name is different, tariff is not agreed by the property owner, no TV, smelly room, no basic facility like providing at least a glass to drink water, no drinking water.
