Review Of Hotel O Signature Village

Nice experience in hotel very helpful staff and rooms are exactly same as shown in website so rooms are also good overall we got best rooms in reasonable price we got room on 3rd floor nice view from window and silent environment for work. One problem is there with mosquito but they provide all out coil so no much more issue also rooms are very clean and washroom are also very clean, very much spacious room

They will pressurize you to cancel the booking on make my trip and book directly at the hotel. Also we continued to stay for couple of more days. We booked the hotel at 12. 00 pm for which they asked for extra charge to be paid to the hotel

We, 2 travellers, booked this hotel as it was near Yamuna ghat and so we can go to see a sunrise from here easily. I reached this hotel at about 1 am. The location of this hotel is in a bad street with a foul smell. The guy at the desk was too rash and the hotel had no cleanliness or hygiene. After asking for our ids and details many times. The fellow gave us a room on the ground floor. The bathroom was soo dirty and the room smelled. As the door lock was not working well I asked them for the key to the room so that I can lock the room from inside for my safety. But the guy said there was no key and his behaviour was very odd. Saying many excuses for not providing me with the key. I was really scared as I am a lady. After 30 minutes of talking with them about the key I was fed up. I called an ola cab and just left the hotel and took another room nearby the hotel. I am a traveller and this is the first and worst experience I had in my life in a hotel. So I advise. Please don't book this room if you are concerned about safety and hygiene.

Those people collect extra for early check-in and certain amount for no reasons and also lot of mosquito in the room, remaining are good.

Hotel staff is good but the location is very bad. And rooms are not properly clean.

Unsafe and unprofessional staff with lots of attitude.
