Review Of Hotel O Saurabh INN

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. They rejected my reservation and said we don't accept reservations here. Their staff was extremely rude, no housekeeping was provided. AC was not working, TV was not working, toilet flush in the washroom was not working. Overall this was unreasonably the worst. Do not fall for their prices they are spoliators.

You need to call the police for support. If you are an outsider from indore never think to stay in this hotel.

I have booked it for 800rs per night but at hotel they were not accepting my booking in same price. They are charging extra 300rs. I gave them extra amount as my amount was not refundable. Mm t and hotels are making fraud

They will charge more when you go there for checkin even if you have paid upfront saying that Oyo is showing price and wont allow you unless you pay extra money. Also, they wont give you the reciept as well for you to file complaint. Mannerless staff
