I have had a terrible experience I recently had a very disappointing experience during my stay at OYO Flagship Sandhra Apartments The property is situated in a remote area, and the building itself is old and poorly maintained. The bed and sofas were in terrible condition, reminiscent of a bygone era, and the rooms were infested with cockroaches. The overall cleanliness was comparable to public toilets. Adding to my frustration, the owner's phone was unreachable, making it impossible to address these concerns promptly. The location was also unsafe, with a noticeable presence of mosquitoes. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from Oyo, my request for an alternative room was denied, and a refund was refused. This unfortunate experience not only affected my sleep but also led to the loss of an entire day of business. I hope that by bringing attention to these issues, both the hotel and Oyo can take necessary steps to improve the quality of their services and address the concerns of their guests at this hotel.
