Accommodation in this hotel was denied , reception was saying rooms are full ,I was standing with my wife & 06 bags at 23:00 hrs on in a dark street,in alone like a mad and helpless, adverse situation was faced by us, despite advance payment, confirmation of booking from you. When I landed Bhuwneshwar late evening by Airindia flight (#2545) from Mumbai, somehow I reached in front of this hotel as this is in home area, not a market area. Good to share that God saved us,then somehow hotel managed a room for us.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was kind and helpful. The meals were great, and the rooms were tidy and spotless.

The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything we needed.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made our stay enjoyable. A wonderful experience for the price, with lots of amenities.
