Hotel not provided Oyo book room as it was overbooked. Oyo rooms are not available in this Hotel. Oyo booked additionally 2 rooms for same days in this Hotel. So Hotel owner deny to provided room from Oyo booking due to Oyo do overbook the Hotel room.

I faced a lot of troubles as I was asked to shift in some other Hotel because the one I booked was preoccupied. It was 11 Pm when I reached the Hotel and at that odd hour I was asked to shift to another Hotel. You shut take responsibility of not making your customers Stay troublesome.

Location of room was showing 0.5 km from Hawa Mahal but when I reached at hotel I came to know that its was about 7 km away from Hawa Mahal.

Bad experience. Hotel was too far from market. There was no room service after 10:30 Pm even there was no milk for baby.

Its too far from market, room service was not available 24 hours. Even for baby there was nothing. After 10:30 Pm there was no room service even for baby milk they denied for reheating. Its was my bad choice to Stay there.
