Review Of Hotel O S.N Resort

Highly disappointed for this one as there was no cleanliness in the hotel at all. Rooms linen, towel etc all were unclean. We ordered few things like tea, omelet etc which was not good at all. We end up having no breakfast although we had paid for it already. There were not even complimentary water bottles in the room and water which was provided in a dirty plastic jug.

Unclean, without power backup hotel.

The experience was very bad. I stay there for three days and booked via MMT. On MMT website lots of amenities specified such as swimming pool, gym, WiF-i etc. , No any such facility provided by hotels. If I ignore these things, then I have booked super deluxe room of this hotel. Unfortunately, the super deluxe room is peeling wall paint due to water leakage. All the wall is patched with the help of some wooden craft. Room bedsheet, pillow, and the blanket are too dirty. Thank God I have already taken my blanket while travelling. In these three days, no any staff members were clean the room in the early morning. A very bad smell from the toilet after complaining no one listens to your words. Very frustrating and pathetic service by hotel management. I have also attached the snapshot of the room for more clarification.

The service and room condition need to improve. Rest all facilities are average. Location was awesome, it is near to sunset view point that feel me romantic and relaxed. I wish to come again and enjoy the moment again.

The hotel location is wonderful, but the hotel provide the other hotel to me, so we are not stay in this hotel. I and my family feel very harassment. Second time we are not booked this hotel. After all we are stay in mcleodganj.

Nice location of hotel, if you prefer calm and serene hills without traffic and hustle bustle of McLeodganj. Superb view of snow clad dhauladhar range. Place offers an excellent view of sunset. Hotel is nice, clean with spacious rooms having balcony. Only drawback is parking for hotel is blocked due to construction activity in area and we faced slight problems. Also if you are going by car, last 5 km drive to Naddi is very steep and tricky at some turns. If you love driving, you will surely enjoy it. Just don't get lost in beautiful himalayas.
