    Bad service and made to pay extra money

    I was made to pay extra money over booking price for check in. I booked for ac room but was given non ac one. Receptionist does not speak english or hindi thus making communication near impossible. Once i check in they did not even offered water or bath towel.

    deepak.

    Waited one hour in the hotel for check-in. There is no launge area to sit. Asked extra money for check-in after waited for one hour. Rude behaviour from the hotel management.
