familyInitially manager is denying that he didn't get confirmation for the booking and after long conversation he agreed and room is also not that much good. Bed sheet has some kind of oil patches. Not recommended for others to go

Check in denied looks like a spam listing
I have booked this hotel for 31st december due to discount from mmt it got booked with less amount but my check in was denied and reception was saying atleast i need to pay 2000 rs. When i gave him voucher details they denied it's not there hotel hotel name is rudra inn and listed as rudra grand according to me both are same one show less price and one high when you book less one they denied check in and they you have to pay extra because you don't have time to explore other opportunities at that time. It's looks like a scam going on. Reception staff behaviour was very rude they were ready to fight
