I booked a non-ac room, before check-in I talked to the hotel and they confirmed my booking. But when I reached the hotel they declined to give me a room saying no non-ac room was vacant, I told them about my interaction with the hotel but they straight denied it. Then they offered me an AC room for ₹1200. As the hotel is located far away from the city and no nearby hotel is present except this one, so I have to take the AC room giving an extra ₹500 in cash, whose bill is also not provided by them. At the time of checking-out, they demanded my mobile to punch a 5-star rating on their hotel page from my account, I declined and left the hotel. This is how they will treat new costumer, whether you book a hotel in advance or not, they will not give you a room at your booking amount and demand extra money for the room. So, if you don't want to harass yourself with this tactic, don't ever book this hotel.

Worth of money good experience

Unnecessary delay in check-in. Hotel staff behavior is not professional. Not allow smooth check-in.

Good hotel, tasty food and good staff.

Hotel arrangement was nice but out of City.
