I had booked but at the hotel reception, they told me that we have kept the booking bond and then asked me to pay. Very bad hotel and staff

Hotel posada review i visit this hotel poor service miss behaviour extra amount demand so many problem are face this hotel so kindly request to many customer don't suffer so pols refund my amount i am not satisfy for hotel service i am suffering badly experience total amount 3000 and extra 500 demand then i have to pay total 3500 so kindly request pols refund my amount i am stay for normal rooms lights board are not working. Bad

Good hotel for solo aur business travelers, room was near and clean and bathroom was superb, food was pathetic b, too oily and buttery, no good taste but overall hotel experience was good
