My stay to om m sai plaza was overall good, only thing was not good was bathroom geyser was not working throughout my stay. So hope next time it will be ok.

Good Stay
The room was neat, clean and well sanitized. Service was fast n good. The only space for improvement was tv facility.

Most polite staff/deeply shocking behavior
soloThis complain I am writing on behalf of my father, my father is old. He reached Bhubaneshwar after long journey of one day to visit Puri and Lord Jagannath. He needs to use bathroom frequently but receptionist did not let my father check-in in room with attached bathroom inspite of fact that I paid money for attached bathroom category. An old man of 60 years age was harassed badly at night by staff. I'm deeply shocked and pained by this hotel.

Try to keep your room and toilet clean. The best and the sheets and blankets everything was dirty.

Good service
The hotel facilities are good. But there is no good arrangement for food. Staff is very good. Cooperative rooms are good. My stay was really worth it.
