My stay to om m sai plaza was overall good, only thing was not good was bathroom geyser was not working throughout my stay. So hope next time it will be ok.

Most polite staff/deeply shocking behavior

This complain I am writing on behalf of my father, my father is old. He reached Bhubaneshwar after long journey of one day to visit Puri and Lord Jagannath. He needs to use bathroom frequently but receptionist did not let my father check-in in room with attached bathroom inspite of fact that I paid money for attached bathroom category. An old man of 60 years age was harassed badly at night by staff. I'm deeply shocked and pained by this hotel.
