    Terrible experience!

    1. Denied checked in and waited for 2 hours for a resolution. 2. Poor staff behavior especially the person handling everything. 3. Found bed bug and requested to change the room. Forget about the room, they couldn't even change the bedsheets etc. Pathetic!

    Terrible Stay

    The experience was really bad. The attendant was really rude and disrespectful. No toiletries and towels were given. They denied to give. Checked out in the middle and booked another room. Because the staff didn't know how to talk.
