Review Of Hotel O New Jebii's Inn

Had a terrible experience!!!! No sane person should stay in this place. I had booked a room but arrived late,they allotted our room to some other guest. They allotted us a room in top floor which was not a room but a "khabad khana"..very poorly maintained room, dirty. We managed to just sit in tht room for few hours and later requested for a proper room. They provided an alternate room, which looked decent at first look. When I removed the blanket to see the bed sheet, to my utter disgust they bed sheet was all stained and dirty beyond imagination. No one should go through this kind of experience so my advice to all who plan to stay in this hotel not to make booking as this hotel is poorly managed. I some how managed to get half refund which the hotel staff was reluctant at first.

MakeMyTrip service was to good. and services was very Helpful. Next time i travel,i prefer to MakeMyTrip.😊

Extra charge demand. I have been paid extra amount. Room is not clean. Service is moderable. Bathroom basin is not so good.

This hotel provides no facilities that were mentioned. Photos are far from reality, rooms are dirty. They didn't provide basic toiletries, towel or even water. I've booked a/c room but they didn't switch on the air condition, just a ceiling fan was there. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Water tap are not working, shower not working, room not clean properly, bed sheet not washed, ac not working maintenance. But thanks for the safe stay and availability of the day

Asking extra charges even though payment is done and rooms were nasty. Fan is making sound and ac not working properly.

Bad. I have booked for a beautiful room but when i have gone there they told gave me another room and they told me that we can't give u that room. I have never expected that this type of condition will happen. I will never book next time in that hotel. I have told my neighbour also about this

Very unsatisfactory. Toilet is broken, hot water not working, air conditioner barely working. The hotel needs some major renovations
