They demanded extra 300 rs, washrooms were not cleaned also rooms were not cleaned while checkin, ac room was not given

It was a terrible experience on staying in the hotel. The manager didnt accept the booking and trying to charge extra. Then he give room on paying extra. Thanks for the customer service. The staff of hotel were also not professional and no hospitality, no soap, no cleanliness and room service. Hotel need to be professional.

There was no washroom attached with any of the rooms. They had common washroom for 6 rooms. There isn't facility for drinkable water.

After going to hotel the staff demands extra money

Adding another guest done by mm t very smoothly without any additional charges. Booking was done for one guest and finally one more guest added on request.
